Inside Project Coordinator is a Full Time hourly position with the opportunity for overtime during the year. We are a fast-paced family owned Disaster Restoration Company, looking for a few detailed, organized people to be part of our Inside Team. You must be really good with details, numbers, and people as you will be handling customer billing and service! ServiceMaster by Gilmore is one of the top providers of disaster restoration cleaning services in the United States. We are growing and work very hard to provide quality and state of the art solutions to commercial and residential properties needing emergency clean up and restoration after fire, water, mold and sewage damage. Our customers are always happy when we arrive!
You will work daily with the rest of our team including production crew chiefs and managers to provide an independently completed, accurate, timely invoice. Job site visits are encouraged where needed! We all have specific individual and team goals including time deadlines so you need to be comfortable with managing multiple jobs! We encourage you to communicate well with the entire project team so you have all of the information you need!
You must be able to remain calm when the pace gets hectic — when we are busy it is all hands on-deck and there is terrific opportunity for overtime!
Office Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, some flexibility for your 8-hour shift!
