The Controller’s main focus will be to provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, performance-based goal setting and budget management functions. The Controller must ensure the company accounting procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles. Internal financials are to be accurately prepared on a monthly basis by established deadlines.
Primary responsibilities to include setting goals for measuring financial and operating performance of departments, monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget, reconciliation of all accounts, establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, policies and operating procedures. Active participation in all management team meetings is expected as well as effectively communicating results and concerns at monthly financial meetings.
Prerequisites include a college degree, experience in multimillion dollar companies and proven effectiveness! Competencies required for technology as well as leadership and team building. QuickBooks Enterprise software experience is a plus! Please email your resume to firstname.lastname@example.org.
